Shipping and Returns
All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product and experience.
Shipping Schedule:
Due to high order volumes, please allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed. We will let you know as soon as your order has shipped. Our warehouse is working to serve you. However, please understand that shipments may be delayed due to the overwhelming amount of deliveries being prioritized by all shipping carriers. We only ship to residential or business addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns:
BHCC hopes that you are excited with your order. However, if you are not satisfied we are happy to offer a return or replacement on all goods returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Goods must be in their original package, unopened and in sellable condition. For merchandise being returned, credit will be given for the amount of the order less the actual shipping cost. Items being returned that are lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Damaged goods:
If you wish to be sent a replacement product due to breakage in shipping, you must submit pictures to customer service within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and they will be examined to determine whether you will be sent a replacement or not.
